Tips On How To Stay FITT

Here are some tips & tricks to stay FITT over Spring Break!

Tip #1: Drink lots of water

Carry a water bottle with you at all times & stay hydrate.

Tip #2: Eat fruits & vegetables

Try to always have a fruit or vegetable in each meal. Ensure you’re eating lots of vitamins & minerals.

Tip #3: Keep moving

Stay active – keep those steps up! Walk to your destination instead of driving.

Tip #4: Find an eating routine that suits you

Stick to an eating routine. Have breakfast, lunch & dinner instead of “picking” all day.

Tip #5: Portion Control

Keep an eye on portion sizes.

Tip #6: Relax & enjoy

Most importantly, relax, enjoy your food & holiday. Remember, there’s no such thing as “bad” food.
