As we turn 4 years old today, we went back to the past to reminisce on how we started and where we’re at.

We are FITT Meals, an Irish-owned company and we are ecstatic to mark our 4th year in 2024! What began in 2019 as a modest venture has grown into a nutrition-focused haven, transforming how individuals access healthy meals aligned with their specific fitness goals and busy lifestyles.
From those humble beginnings of delivering homemade meals to friends twice a week with a fixed menu, we evolved into a pioneer in offering menu choices that resonated deeply within the UAE market.
Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, FITT Meals’ significance grew. As health awareness surged and grocery accessibility fluctuated, our customer base soared from 10 to an astonishing 1,000+ in just over the years.
Our core mission has always been to offer more than just nourishing meals; it’s about providing convenience, taste, and affordability. As we expanded, so did our infrastructure. Our team grew to over 100 dedicated staff, operating 17+ delivery vans, and utilizing our facilities – essential to meet the increasing customer demands while maintaining our high-quality standards.
And in the spirit of growth, we also opened our latest addition – FITT Café in Dubai Marina! Beyond serving delightful, nutritious meals, FITT Café aims to foster a community hub where like-minded individuals gather, savor flavorful bites, and bond over wellness.
As we blow out the candles for our fourth year, here’s to many more years of making healthy eating convenient and achievable. Here’s to the journey ahead!
