Referral & Reward Program — Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the accumulation and usage of Reward Points under the FITT Meals
Catering Services LLC (“FITT Meals”) Referral & Reward Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program,
you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

1.1. FITT Meals offers a referral-based rewards program to reward clients who refer FITT Meals to others
(“Reward Points”).
1.2. Each Reward Point earned is equivalent to 0.01 dirhams (100 points = AED 1).
1.3. Effective June 30, 2026, Reward Points are earned exclusively through successful referrals under Section 2.
No Reward Points are awarded for placing an order, rating a meal, commenting on a meal, or any other client
activity.

2. Earning Reward Points Through Referrals

2.1. Clients may earn Reward Points by referring friends to the FITT Meals app or website using their unique
referral code.
2.2. If a friend places an order using the referral code, the referring client will receive Reward Points as specified
on the FITT Meals referral program page within the app or website.
2.3. Reward Points earned through a successful referral will be credited to the referring client’s account within a
maximum of 24 hours of the referred friend’s eligible purchase.
2.4. The referral program structure — including eligibility, reward amounts, and any discount offered to the
referred friend — may be updated or modified by FITT Meals from time to time. The current terms will
always be displayed within the client’s account under the referral section of the FITT Meals app or website,
and clients are responsible for reviewing these terms before participating.
2.5. Reward Points are earned only where the referred person is a new FITT Meals customer placing their first
Order, and where the referral code is used at the time of that first Order. Self-referral — including creating or
using additional accounts to refer oneself — is not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of Reward
Points and suspension of the Account, in accordance with Section 5.3.

3. Redeeming Reward Points

3.1. Clients may redeem accumulated Reward Points towards a discount on a future order (contact customer
service).
3.2. Each Reward Point redeemed is equivalent to 0.01 dirhams deducted from the total order amount (100
points = AED 1).
3.3. Reward Points can be used in conjunction with other offers or discount codes.

4. Reward Points Expiry

4.1. Reward Points are valid for 6 months from the date on which each point is earned. Any points not redeemed
within that period will automatically expire and be removed. Points are not extended by account activity.
4.2. Expired Reward Points cannot be reinstated or redeemed under any circumstances, including but not limited
to account inactivity or account closure.
4.3. The Rewards Program will be discontinued effective December 31, 2026. Any Reward Points remaining at
that time will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

5. General Terms

5.1. FITT Meals reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice.
5.2. Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5.3. FITT Meals reserves the right to adjust Reward Point balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these
Terms.
5.4. FITT Meals is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent the accumulation or redemption of
Reward Points.
5.5. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
5.6. These Terms form part of, and should be read together with, the FITT Meals Terms & Conditions and Privacy
Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the FITT Meals Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the FITT Meals Referral & Reward Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to these Terms.
